FBI Sketch of John Doe #2

Why is it important that the accused are innocent until proven guilty in our justice system?

This sketch was drawn at the same time as John Doe #1 by artist Ray Rozycki from a description of a man who was thought to be present at the time of the truck rental on April 17, 1995. The sketch was identified as Todd Bunting. Bunting had rented a moving truck on the previous day that was unrelated to the bombing.

The FBI gathered 43,450 leads, including 15,664 leads from the John Doe drawings. Most were dead ends, but all had to be considered.
