This Marine Corps license plate was left on the Fence five years after the bombing, dedicated to Sergeant Benjamin LaRanzo Davis and Captain Randolph A. Guzman, who worked in the recruiting office in the Murrah Building and were killed in the bombing.

The man who left the license plate has a son in the Marine Corps, showing that the Corps, like the motto and the Oklahoma community after the bombing, remain “always faithful.”
