2017

On November 13, 2015, a series of violent attacks took place in Paris, France. At several locations across the city, bombs were detonated and people were fired upon in restaurants, cafes and at a crowded concert. In total, 130 people were killed and over 450 were injured.

This French flag was likely left on the Fence to honor the victims and those impacted by these attacks. The Oklahoma City National Memorial stands as a beacon of hope.
