Emilio Rangel Tapia, 50, of Oklahoma City was a customer at the Social Security office. Tapia attended the Tabernacle of Faith Church. A friend said Tapia’s son, Manuel, had come to Oklahoma City from Mexico for his funeral service and to take his body home for burial. A funeral home spokeswoman said Tapia was buried in San Felipe Cemetery in San Felipe, Guanajuato, Mexico.
