Logo Request

I understand that I am being given permission to use this logo for a one-time use on this product/project. I also understand that the Memorial Foundation owns all rights, title and interest in the logo and in the names, including all copyrights and trademark rights therein. The names and logo are the subjects of issued United States Trademark Registrations and Applications, and any unauthorized copying or use of the logo or names is strictly prohibited. Proper use is also important to uphold the image of the Memorial and its mission. The logo may not be used in any form other than those approved by the Memorial, and may not be used by (user) for any purpose other than that specifically set forth herein. All use of the logo inures to the benefit of the Memorial.
