All twelve of the Memorial’s 18th Annual Student Essay Contest winners were honored at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum today, March 9. Winners read their essays on the importance of speaking up and being a unifying voice in their community. Winners came from Oklahoma, New Jersey, California, Texas, and North Carolina. Attendees heard from Memorial Executive Director, Kari Watkins and Allegiance sponsor representative and bombing survivor, Terri Talley.
