ORDERS

Orders are typically processed daily Monday through Friday, (exceptions are noted below). Orders placed after 12:00pm CT, over the weekend, or on an exception date noted below will process the next business day – this includes orders with expedited shipping. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

Museum Holidays and Special Dates
The Memorial Store is closed in observance of the holidays listed below. Additionally, we dedicate the anniversary date of April 19th as a day of remembrance and caring for those so greatly impacted by the bombing. Orders placed on these dates will be processed on the next business day. This includes any order with expedited shipping.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Changes and cancellation are possible if your order has not already been processed. Please contact Store Support.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Information
We use the U.S. Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail for most of our shipping. We only offer delivery to addresses within the United States through our online store.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for each order shipped within the United States.

Faster Shipping
Should you require expedited or overnight delivery, please contact Store Support to discuss options and rates.

International Delivery
We are only able to offer delivery to addresses within the United States through our online store. For international shipping inquiries and delivery options, reach out to Store Support for options and rates.

Returns and Exchanges
Customer service is one of our top priorities. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that we do everything possible to meet and exceed your expectations. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days. Visit the Memorial Store at 620 N. Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, or contact us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise should be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Books are not returnable. Clearance merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Your refund will be for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. For refunds with credit card as the original form of payment, please allow one billing cycle from the time we receive the returned item for the refund to appear on your card statement. Without a receipt or electronic record of the purchase, a store credit will be issued for the items current selling price. The Memorial Store reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund for extreme cases only.

Damaged Merchandise
If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please contact Store Support for swift resolution.
