Kimberly Kay Clark, 39, was a legal assistant for the Housing and Urban Development Department and a petty officer first class in the U.S. Naval Reserve. She was born in Hong Kong on Feb. 24, 1956, and was adopted by Tommie and Agatha Lee Clark and became their “China Doll” on Aug. 14, 1962. She was engaged to marry Namat Moini of Oklahoma City.
