This year the Memorial Marathon offered hands-only CPR training to all staff, volunteers and event participants to demonstrate our commitment to public safety. Lauren Long was among the staff who took advantage of this free training offered by the Oklahoma City Fire Department. Just a few short weeks after her training, the time she invested proved to be priceless as she played a crucial role in saving her own mother’s life.
