Filming / Photography Request

Let’s Work Together

If you would like to film or shoot photography on the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial grounds or inside the Museum, please supply the information requested below. This information is required to evaluate your permit request. Allow at least five (5) business days for processing. There may be fees charged, including a location fee, and you may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Application Process

Approval is decided by Memorial staff review.
If application is accepted, applicant must accept and agree to the terms outlined in the Memorial’s Standard Location Agreement. Location and usage fees may also apply.

Note that this is an application only, and does not serve as permission to conduct a filming project or any other use of the Memorial. If your request is approved, a permit containing applicable conditions and regulations will be sent to the person designated on the application. The permit must be signed and returned to the Memorial prior to the event.
