April 19, 1995, was just a normal day for Terri Talley as she worked at the Federal Employees Credit Union on the third floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Talley was rescued after being trapped under rubble for nearly two hours. Since that day, she has dedicated
her life to giving back to others, including serving as a Memorial Board Trustee and Conscience Committee member.
