Oklahoma City Police Department Chaplain Jack Poe provided comfort and support to first responders working the bomb site. He served on the Memorial Task Force and Content Committee, and was involved in a variety of areas throughout the memorial process. He continues to support the Memorial by being on its Conscience Committee.
