Journey of Hope
Beckham County

The Journey of Hope is coming to Beckham County! Sayre High School students will hear from a First-Person speaker about how their community was impacted by the bombing and how they have found light in the 30 years since the attack. The program will focus on the theme “A Day of Darkness – Years of Light.” Legislators representing Beckham County have been invited to this event, and we will be honoring the work of Beckham County First Responders. Following the assembly, the Department of Agriculture and Oklahoma Forestry Services will help us plant a Survivor Tree on the school’s campus.
