The Journey of Hope is coming to Hughes County! Holdenville High School students will hear from a First-Person speaker about how their community was impacted by the bombing and how they have found light in the 30 years since the attack. The program will focus on the theme “A Day of Darkness – Years of Light.” Legislators representing Hughes County have been invited to this event and we will be honoring first responders from across the county. Following the assembly, the Department of Agriculture and Oklahoma Forestry Services will help us plant a Survivor Tree sapling at the school.

This event is open to the public. Please check in at the school’s front office upon arrival.
