Journey of Hope
Stephens County

The Journey of Hope is coming to Stephens County! Duncan students will learn from a First-Person speaker about how their community was impacted by the bombing and how they have found light in the 30 years since the attack. The program will focus on the theme “A Day of Darkness – Years of Light.” Legislators representing Stephens County have been invited to this event and we will be honoring first responders from the Duncan Fire Department, Stephens County Sheriff’s Office, Stephens County Emergency Medical Services, and Marlow Fire Department. Following the assembly, the Department of Agriculture and Oklahoma Forestry Services will help us plant a Survivor Tree sapling at the school.
