Linda Cavanaugh is a retired award-winning Anchor/Reporter with KFOR, Oklahoma City’s NBC affiliate. She learned about the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building bombing from foreign coverage while on assignment in Vietnam, but rushed home to cover the recovery, investigation, and trials, and was a witness at the execution of Timothy McVeigh. She produced Tapestry, an Emmy award winning documentary chronicling the lives of people impacted by the bombing. Cavanaugh has won 15 Emmys and countless national awards for her work.
