Frank and Cathy Keating were in their first 100 days of office as Oklahoma Governor and First Lady when a bomb destroyed part of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, killing 168 individuals. Within moments, the former Governor and First Lady provided support to families, survivors, first responders and the community. Recently, the Keating’s authored a children’s book titled, Love Won: The Oklahoma Standard. The book shares the amazing stories of how every day citizens exemplified the Oklahoma Standard in the face of this great tragedy.
