Please Join Our 30 for 30 Challenge

Today, for our Annual Day of Giving, we are reminded why the Memorial Mission matters so deeply. It tells the story of resilience, of hope, and of a community that refused to be defined by tragedy. For 30 years, this Memorial and Museum has stood as a light in the darkness. That light shines because of you – because you choose to remember, to honor and to give.

The challenge is simple. For the next 30 hours – until 6:00pm tomorrow, we hope to raise $30,000 in honor of this 30th anniversary year. To achieve this goal, we ask you to partner with us in a powerful show of support.

You can choose how and where you want to give. By giving to the Annual Fund, you can support our programs like Better Conversations and field trip scholarships that keep the Memorial and Museum strong today. Or, you can designate your gift to the Foreword campaign – our bold lobby expansion project designed to safeguard this story for tomorrow’s generations.

Every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact. There’s no match, no big lead donor. This challenge depends on all of us. Whether you choose to support today’s work or tomorrow’s vision, you are helping ensure that we continue to remember, honor, and teach.

Our goal of $30,000 in 30 hours is ambitious, but so is our Mission. Please make your gift. Share the challenge. Together, we’ll keep our light shining bright both today and tomorrow. Thank you for your support.

We come here to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever. May all who leave here know the impact of violence. May this memorial offer comfort, strength, peace, hope and serenity.®
