Washita County

Journey of Hope was in Washita County with students from Cordell High School and Burns Flat-Dill City High School. More than 40 students took part in Better Conversations and reflected on being more open, offering a listening ear and recognizing that you never know what someone else may be going through. They also talked about what it looks like to give back, discussing ways to help Oklahoma, support their schools and be better citizens in their own communities — all values that reflect the Oklahoma Standard.
