WE VISITED JIM THORPE ACADEMY ON APRIL 7, 2026!
The Journey of Hope continued in Pottawatomie County with a stop at Jim Thorpe Academy, where students heard from a panel discussion moderated by Memorial Trustee Austin Manger. Our panelists included: Bryan Painter (journalist), Clint Seidl (son of Kathy Lynn Seidl), Rhonda Harding-Hill (daughter of Ronald Vernon Harding, Sr.), and Laura Piatt (Survivor). The day concluded with a tree planting, giving students a chance to reflect on what they learned and connect it to something lasting.
