The Murrah Building housed several federal agencies that have offices all over the country; the bombing therefore caused people from across the United States to lose coworkers.

This needlework was placed on the Fence by members of the Social Security office from Muncie, Indiana. Items like this left on the Fence remind us of the ties we share, and how the effects of violence reach far beyond its immediate location.
