Day One Luncheon
Wednesday 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, 1700 NE 63rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73111

Mark your calendars and make plans to join us for our Day One Luncheon. It will be held on November 2, which begins 168 Days of Remembrance leading up to April 19, 2023, and the 28th Anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing.

A Better Conversation with the Oklahoma City Students of the Sit-In Movement

As we continue to teach about the impact of violence, we will discuss two moments in history in downtown Oklahoma City separated by five blocks, and 37 years. The Oklahoma City bombing and the Clara Luper Sit-In at Katz Drug, impacted our city and nation and changed lives forever. One was about teaching non-violence and the other about horrific violence.
